Case: 11316 Category: Breast Reconstruction Surgery Gender: Female Description: This young woman was diagnosed with breast cancer on the right side. She elected to have a mastectomy, and had a reconstruction performed with a tissue expander. To gain symmetry in her reconstruction, she had a breast lift as well as a breast implant placed on the left side for breast augmentation. Nipple and Areolar reconstruction (with tattoo) was performed in a delayed manner to complete the breast reconstruction. |
