Case: 11317 Category: Breast Reconstruction Surgery Gender: Female Description: This 58 year old woman had mastectomy 1 year prior to my meeting her. She elected to have a delayed reconstruction using a TRAM flap from her abdomen to reconstruct her left breast. The added "bonus" of a TRAM flap is the flattened stomach that one ultimately gets from the "tummy tuck" that is performed when closing the donor site. |
After photos were taken 3 Months after surgery/procedure.
