About Dr. Chang
A native of Maryland, Dr. Eric Chang is a Stanford-trained plastic surgeon in Columbia, Maryland.
After graduating from Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda, Maryland, Dr. Chang went on to Yale University for his undergraduate studies. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors within his major.
He subsequently attended the prestigious College of Physicians & Surgeons of Columbia University for his medical degree, after which he was selected to train at Stanford University for both his General Surgery and Plastic Surgery residencies, which he completed in six years. There, he received comprehensive training in all aspects of plastic surgery, including aesthetic surgery of the breast, liposuction, body contouring, facial rejuvenation surgery, post-bariatric body contouring, and reconstructive surgery of the breast, body, and face.

Upon his return to Maryland, Dr. Chang practiced in Frederick, prior to relocating Columbia Aesthetic Plastic Surgery to Columbia, Maryland. Recently recognized by Frederick Magazine as one of mid Maryland’s Top Plastic Surgeons (2006), he is affiliated with both Howard County General Hospital in Columbia, Maryland and Baltimore Washington Medical Center, in Glen Burnie, Maryland.
Dr. Chang has received numerous awards for his scholarship and excellence within his field. He has authored journal articles and book chapters, and has presented his research at several national plastic surgery meetings.
