This patient had breast cancer within one breast requiring mastectomy, and elected for a prophylactic mastectomy on the other side. She had immediate breast reconstruction with tissue expanders, with subsequent expansion in my office every two weeks. She had a second procedure where the tissue expanders were removed and the final implants were placed. She is considering whether to pursue the final stage of nipple and areolar reconstruction. After photos were taken 3 Months after surgery/procedure.
