This is a 25 year old woman who was unhappy about the shape of her ears. She felt that they protruded too much, and felt embarrassed by them. Prior to surgery, she rarely, if ever, wore her hair up. A hidden, posterior incision was made, and the cartilage framework of the ear was reshaped. The angle of the ear relative to the head was also reduced. After photos were taken 2 Months after surgery/procedure.
