Breast Enlargement
Breast enlargement, or augmentation mammoplasty, is the most frequently performed breast enhancement procedure at Dr. Chang's practice. Breast augmentation for Baltimore, Maryland women can create a fuller, firmer, better-proportioned look through the placement of saline (salt water) or silicone gel breast implants underneath either breast tissue or the chest wall muscle. Breast Lift

Male Breast Reduction
Enlarged male breasts, a condition known as gynecomastia, affects nearly 40 to 60% of men, often with no known cause. Male breasts can prove highly embarrassing, as well as physically uncomfortable. For those men who feel self-conscious about enlarged breasts, there is breast reduction surgery. The procedure removes fat and/or glandular tissue from the breasts, and in some cases, excess skin as well. The result is a flatter, firmer chest.
