Breast Reconstruction Case # 10407

42 yo female diagnosed with DCIS on the L breast. Her goal was to increase her breast size, she elected to do a bilateral mastectomy. During her bilateral mastectomy, tissue expanders were placed above the muscle. These were slowly filled over time and in her second and final surgery she was given bilateral silicone breast implants. A third surgery was later performed doing fat grafting. This included liposuction of her flanks and injecting her own fat to help soften the appearance of her bilateral breast implants
