After

38 yo very active young woman unhappy about the size and shape of her breasts. She wore a DD bra and wanted to be significantly smaller. A bilateral wise pattern type breast reduction was performed, removing about 250gms from each breast, lifting each breast, making the areolas smaller as well. She is shown before and 7 months after surgery.
