This 42 year old woman had breast augmentation 20 years ago with saline implants. She had three children in the interim. Removal of her previous saline implants and replacement with 375cc silicone implants was performed, as well as a vertical breast lift on each side. A tummy tuck was performed as well with abdominal wall plication. Early results are shown about 1 month after surgery.
