Arm Lift Case # 5621

This lovely 52 year old woman had a history of significant weight loss, losing over 100 pounds.  She did gain some of this back and lost it recently with the assistance of GLP-1’s.  Under IV sedation at our surgical center, with the use of ultrasound guided regional PECs blocks, an arm lift (brachioplasty) was performed, along with breast implant removal and a breast lift.
