Before

After

This 50 year old woman had a history of massive weight loss (over 100 pounds). She had a previous breast lift and implants by an outside surgeon. She was unhappy about the droop that she developed.

The before pictures show her before breast implant removal and a vertical breast lift, taking away the implant which was no longer well positioned and using her natural volume to reshape the breast. She later came back for a tummy tuck, effectively making this a staged mommy makeover procedure. Her after photos show the results of the breast revision and abdominoplasty surgery.
