This lovely 50 year old woman underwent treatment for right sided breast cancer with a lumpectomy and radiation. Unfortunately this led to collapse of the lateral right breast with lateral displacement of her nipple. To remedy this and to gain better symmetry of her breasts, we performed a vertical lift of her left breast. In addition, fat grafting was performed to open up the collapsed right lateral breast and to regain some structure to this breast. Finally, a TULUA type abdominoplasty was performed to tighten her abdomen and improve the overall abdominal contour. She is seen here 3 months after surgery and healing beautifully.
