This lovely 46 year old woman lost over 100 pounds with diet, exercise, and the assistance of GLP-1 medicines. She first had a limited abdominoplasty by another provider. Unfortunately she was not happy with these early results.

We decided together to perform a revision of her abdominoplasty. She recovered so well from her first surgery with us that she elected to have breast surgery as well. A breast lift was performed a few months later and she is seen here about 9 months after the initial revision abdominoplasty and 5 months after her breast surgery.

Both of these surgeries were performed at our surgical center under sedation without general anesthesia. Regional blocks were used to maintain comfort during the procedure and during the post operative period.
