This 34-year-old young mother of 1 child wanted her breasts to look fuller and more feminine, yet natural. After pregnancy and nursing, she had lost breast volume and was unhappy with her small B-cup size. She came to Dr. Chang hoping to have her breasts become a full C-cup with plastic surgery near Baltimore. During her consultation, Dr. Chang took the time to thoroughly explain all of her options and answered all of her questions.

When this young woman chose to undergo breast augmentation in Baltimore, Maryland, Dr. Chang helped her with the related decisions, including implant material, incision location, and implant placement, to help her make the right choices for her aesthetic goals and lifestyle. He performed the surgery by concealing the incisions in the breast fold. Because this patient was thin and had very little of her own breast tissue, he placed 290 cc silicone gel breast implants under the pectoral muscles, giving her natural looking results.

From these photos, which were taken 6 months after her surgery, you might not guess this patient underwent breast augmentation because her results look so natural. Her breasts look shapely, feminine, and well-proportioned with the rest of her body. She is very happy with her natural, non-augmented look.
