This 35 year old woman had two children and was a small B cup after breastfeeding. Dr. Chang placed 325cc implants in the subfascial plane through an incision in the inframammary fold. The patient also had small areas of unwanted fat in the breasts removed via liposuction. Her breast implant surgery created a pleasing full, natural look post surgery.
