After

This 40 year old woman had previous breast implants placed by another surgeon. They were saline implants, placed under the muscle about 15 years ago. She felt the implants were too full, and wanted to downsize. In the intervening years, she developed significant drooping and wanted to address this as well.

She had her saline implants removed, replaced with smaller silicone implants, and had a vertical breast lift performed at the same time to reshape and reposition her breasts. She is shown before surgery and 1 year after.
