Breast Implant Revision Case # 5597

This lovely 42 year old woman had previous breast implants placed by an outside surgeon. She had 250cc implants in place. Over time, unfortunately her breasts began to sag below the implants and she was left with a waterfall deformity. She desired downsizing, and the plan was to simply remove the implants and reshape her native breast volume. An explant with vertical lift was performed at our in-house surgical center under sedation with a regional PECs block and IV sedation. She is shown here before and about 1 month after her surgery.
