This lovely 45 year old woman unfortunately had breast cancer which necessitated a bilateral mastectomy. She had implant-based reconstruction. She elected for a final stage of fat grafting, and this was combined with an elective abdominoplasty. Here she is seen 3 months after her last surgery, with beautiful, naturally appearing reconstructed breasts and a super flat abdomen! She is thrilled with her results!
