Personal Cosmetic Care
This 73-year-old woman developed multiple basal cell carcinomas on her right upper lip. She underwent Mohs resection, which resulted in a large defect of the lip. We performed single stage reconstruction using her cheek skin, inner red lip, and a skin graft. The first set of images shows her after the Mohs surgery and before reconstruction. The other images show her prior to Mohs surgery and after reconstruction. She is restored back to her old self with full oral function.
