A 64-year-old woman with right breast cancer underwent lumpectomy, which left her with a large concavity that contracted over time, leading to distortion of her right breast and noticeable asymmetry. She underwent right breast reconstruction using skin and fat from her right underarm area to fill the defect along with left breast reduction for symmetry. She then underwent right breast radiation, and her final result shows improved breast symmetry and shape.
Surgeon: Jessica Wang, MD
