This 48 year old woman had significant weight gain and weight loss, leading to skin laxity in both the abdomen and breasts. She was happy with her breast size on the left but wanted a reduction on the right to gain better symmetry.

A mommy makeover with vertical breast lift/reduction was performed along with a full abdominoplasty. She is shown before surgery and one year after and is thrilled with the results.
