Our program manager, Summer, will start with a complete review of your medical history, including ordering labs, and getting a baseline of your current lifestyle. Then together with you she will provide an achievable plan to hit you’re your goals.
Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build and maintain a healthy lifestyle, or simply need guidance on nutrition and fitness, we’ve got you covered with health coaching and medical weight loss options including today’s most popular and effective semaglutide medications.

Tailored to fit your personal goals and lifestyle. The first visit will be about 40 to 60 minutes to get a complete history and physical to include body composition measurement, and then meetings every 2 to 4 weeks depending on your needs.
