This lovely 45 year old woman wanted a breast lift. She was happy with her breast size/volume but was not happy about her shape. She did not want implants. A vertical style breast lift was performed under IV sedation and a PECs regional block. Liposuction of the axillary or ectopic breast tissue area was performed as well. She did beautifully and is seen here about 6 months after surgery.
