This 53-year-old woman with breast cancer underwent bilateral skin sparing mastectomy and implant-based reconstruction. She had expanders placed at the time of mastectomy, then 3 months later, the expanders were replaced by silicone implants. She then underwent 3D nipple tattooing to complete the result.
