This lovely 75 year old woman felt that she never had much breasts and desired a lift and augmentation. This was done in our in office surgical center under sedation with a PECs block for comfort. She had 210cc implants placed bilaterally in a subfascial plane with a vertical lift. She is seen here 1 month after her surgery and is thrilled with her new breasts!
