This lovely 55 year old woman had a previous abdominoplasty by another surgeon. She underwent a breast lift and liposuction, followed later by an augmentation mammoplasty by Dr. Chang. Sedation and a PECs block for post op comfort were used. She chose 230cc Sientra implants placed in a subfascial plane. She is seen here about a month out from her breast implant surgery.
