After

This 50-year-old woman had bilateral mastectomy and implant-based reconstruction done by another surgeon. Her implants were placed below the muscle. She developed progressive asymmetry with capsular contracture of the left breast and redundant skin under the right breast. We performed bilateral breast implant exchange and placement of the implants above the muscle. She now has significantly improved symmetry and softness of both breasts.
