This 55 year old woman had 3 babies and multiple C sections. She was unhappy about the size and location of her breasts (wore a 36DDD). She wanted her breasts to be smaller and higher, and wanted her abdomen rejuvenated as well.

Dr. Chang performed breast reduction with the wise pattern incision technique, removing about 200 grams of tissue from each breast. He also performed a full abdominoplasty with 360 degree liposuction as well.
