This 49 year old woman with 3 children was unhappy about the size of her breasts, as well as the asymmetry from her breasts. She also wanted abdominal rejuvenation.
A bilateral breast reduction was performed with removal of 550 grams of tissue from the left breast, and 250 grams of tissue from the right breast. A high lateral tension abdominoplasty was performed with abdominal wall plication. Ultrasound-guided TAP and PECS block with exparel were used for post-op pain control.
She is shown before and 2 months after surgery. She has a beautiful upper shape and an “augmented” look to her breasts without implants!
