This 50 year old mom wanted smaller, lifted breasts and a flatter abdomen. A full abdominoplasty and breast lift was performed with the assistance of regional blocks for post-operative pain control. The vertical breast lift also gave her a slight reduction for symmetry purposes. She is shown before and 6 months after her surgery.
