This 38 year old mother of two was able to lose over 50 pounds through diet and exercise. Under IV sedation in our surgical center, a mommy makeover including bilateral vertical breast lift and liposuction abdominoplasty was performed. A preoperative PECS and TAP block was placed with Exparel for post-op pain control. Over 1 liter of lipoaspirate was removed. She is shown before and 6 months after her surgery. She is thrilled with her natural results.
