This 33-year-old woman suffered from tuberous breast deformity. This condition is usually characterized by enlarged areolas and narrow, sagging breasts. She wanted to find a board-certified plastic surgeon in the Baltimore area and heard about Dr. Chang. After reading his patients’ testimonials online, she decided to meet with him in person.

At their meeting, she expressed embarrassment about her breasts’ appearance. Dr. Chang used 325 cc saline implants for her breast augmentation and performed a periareolar breast lift. This technique positions the incisions around the nipples for less visible scarring. As you can see, her breasts look very natural and full with few tell-tale signs of surgery. She loves the results and couldn’t be happier with Dr. Chang.
