After

This 32 year old woman has two children. After breastfeeding she wore a B cup bra. She wanted to fill this out more and ultimately chose 385cc smooth round implants to fill out and balance her frame. A subfascial augmentation was performed through an inframammary fold incision. Surgery was performed under sedation at our in-house surgical center with placement of a preoperative PECS block for post operative pain control. She is shown before and 1 month after surgery.
