This 25 year old young woman with two children lost most of her breast volume after breastfeeding. She was wearing an A cup bra and wanted to be a fuller C. 340cc implants were placed in a subfascial plane under deep sedation with a PECS block for post operative comfort in our in-office surgical suite. She is shown before and 6 weeks after surgery, looking very natural and very happy with her end result.
