After

This 38 year old woman had breasts that deflated after breastfeeding. She wanted to go from a small B cup to a full C after surgery. Implants were placed in a subfascial plane under sedation with a PECS regional block used for post operative comfort. 375cc smooth round silicone implants were placed. She is shown before and just 1 month after surgery.
