This 45 year old woman had 3 children and was unhappy about her breast deflation after breastfeeding. She wanted breast augmentation to go from a small B cup to a mid to full C cup. Although the patient had a pre-existing nipple asymmetry she did not want additional scars on her breast from a breast lift to improve the symmetry between her nipple position. A 265cc implant was placed in a subfascial plane under sedation with a PECS block at our office-based surgical center. The patient recovered without the need for narcotics. She is shown before and 8 months after surgery.
