This 30 year old young lady with 3 children was unhappy about the size, shape, and droop of her breasts. In addition to wanting a lift, she wanted to volumize her breasts as well. With a PECS block and IV sedation surgery was performed in our office-based ambulatory surgical center. A 255cc implant was placed on each side in a subfascial plane, followed by a vertical breast lift. A natural, fuller breast was the end result. She is seen here before and 1 year after her surgery.
