This 25 year old young woman wore a 32B cup bra and wanted a fuller, more balanced figure. Under IV sedation at our office-based surgical center, she had smooth round, silicone implants (330cc HP) placed bilaterally in a subfascial plane. This was done with the assistance of ultrasound guided PECS block for post-op pain control. She is seen here before surgery and at 6 months after and is quite happy with her results.
