After breastfeeding, this 38 year-old mother of 3 began to notice that her breasts had lost some of their previous shape and volume. She felt that her cup size, which hovered between a 36B and 36C, didn’t suit her frame, so she began researching her options for breast augmentation in the Baltimore area.

When she met with board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Eric Chang for a consultation at Columbia Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, he explained all the options available to her, from implant material, size, and shape to incision placement and other factors. Dr. Chang has experience with a wide variety of breast implants, as well as a trained aesthetic eye, and he finds fulfillment in guiding his patients to the right option to suit their bodies. With his help, this patient eventually chose 350 cc implants.

Six weeks after her plastic surgery in Baltimore, this patient had her “after” photos taken. You’ll notice that Dr. Chang chose an incision that didn’t leave a visible scar on the breast. The shape of her augmented breasts mimics that of natural breasts. The added volume in both the upper and lower portions of the breasts creates a fuller, more youthful-looking appearance, helping to restore both this woman’s body and her confidence.
