This 24-year-old woman with small breasts wanted a modest volume enhancement. She also had asymmetry of her chest wall. We performed partial under the muscle (dual plane) breast augmentation using slightly different sized implants to give her the symmetric, fuller look she desired.

Procedure: bilateral dual plane breast augmentation (Natrelle smooth round silicone implants 335 cc on right, 295 cc on left)
