This 55 year old woman was unhappy about the sagging of her breasts and the overall size and shape. We performed a modest breast reduction with a vertical pattern, and lifted the breasts, removing in all about 200-300 grams of tissue per breast. She is thrilled with the results. She is shown before and 6 months after surgery.
