This 36 year old woman was unhappy about her breast shape and size after breastfeeding her two children. She wanted a full, upper pole “augmented” look. A single stage breast lift with subfascial breast augmentation was performed at our in-office surgical suite. 270cc smooth round implants were placed. Twilight anesthesia and a PECS block was used for intraoperative and post-operative pain control. She did beautifully and is seen here before and 3 months after surgery.
