This 48 year old young lady was unhappy with her breast size and drooping after multiple pregnancies. She wanted a modest reduction in her size as well as a lift. Under IV sedation in our office surgical center a PECS block was used for regional anesthesia, and a breast reduction with a Wise pattern was performed. A total of 169 grams (over 1/3rd of a pound) was removed from the left breast and 148 grams (just under 1/3rd of a pound) from the left breast. She is shown before and 6 months after her surgery.
