This 52-year-old woman with right breast cancer underwent right mastectomy and staged reconstruction with tissue expander placement, then replacement of the expander with her back muscle and skin 3 months later. She also had a simultaneous left breast reduction to lift the breast and give her better symmetry. She did not desire right nipple reconstruction or tattooing.
