A 48-year-old woman with a history of left breast cancer who previously had left breast reconstruction with implant and right breast augmentation was unhappy with her breast asymmetry and areolar scarring. She wanted to maintain the same volume, so we performed bilateral breast lifts and left breast fat transfer while keeping her current implants in place. Her final result shows improved symmetry and reduced areolas.
Surgeon: Jessica Wang, MD
Procedure: bilateral breast reconstruction revision
Result: 3 months after surgery
