This 48-year-old woman with large, heavy breasts wanted a modest reduction and lift to improve her breast shape. She also had a prior abdominoplasty resulting in a suboptimal scar. She underwent bilateral breast reduction and abdominal scar revision. Her three month result shows more youthful breasts with higher nipples and a thin, smooth abdominal scar.
