This 41 year old woman had breasts which were too large for her frame and caused her much discomfort. A bilateral Wise pattern breast reduction was performed with a superior medial pedicle. This was done under sedation with a PECs block. She did beautifully from this surgery, having over 1200 grams of breast tissue removed from each side. She is healing beautifully and is seen here just 1 month after surgery.
