This lovely 18 year old young lady was unhappy about the size and shape of her breasts. They caused her significant discomfort and it was difficult to find a proper fitting bra. A Wise pattern type breast reduction was performed in our office based surgical center. Twilight sedation was used with a PECs block for post operative comfort. She had over 300gms of tissue removed from each breast. She is seen here 6 months after surgery.
