This lovely 47 year old woman was unhappy about her abdominal contour. We discussed various options including liposuction, mini abdominoplasty, and full abdominoplasty. Ultimately, we decided together on a full abdominoplasty with liposuction to the flanks and mid back as well. She is seen here about 9 months after surgery and is very happy with her end results.
