This 47 year old man came to Dr. Chang regarding a gynecomastia reduction, he has noted gynecomastia since his puberty years. As his weight flucuated over the years, he was finally able to keep his weight down and had since noticed significant amounts of excess breast tissue.

This patient decided to go with Dr. Chang based on his experience with gynecomastia and thrilled with his results. This gynecomastia reduction was done using ultrasonic liposuction. Photos were taken at 6 month postop.
